Along with creating a new brand for Tasha of The Purposeful You, she also asked me to help her in creating a website that was equal parts beautiful & functional for every part of her business including blogging, a dedicated TPY Shop (where you can shop everything she endorses and her collaboration items!) and everything in between.

Tasha was originally using Squarespace to run her website, so I decided to keep her on a platform that she already knew her way around, as I wanted to ensure that she could make simple updates such as updating photos & copy to her website without assistance from me, or another designer. However, the website was running on the older version, so I switched her over to Squarespace 7.1 & got started on creating a beautiful new website that would match the beautiful new branding.

It was important to be able to easily find all of Tasha’s most important aspects of her business on her homepage, including — the blog, her shop & ways to get to know her (and get in contact with her & her team should you want to work with them!). After many discussions on what was most important to Tasha, we came up with the perfect order for the homepage that she felt best reflected her business.

On the original TPY website, there wasn’t much organization to the existing blogs, so I wanted to ensure that her readers & community would have an easy time finding every blog post they needed to. When I transitioned her blog posts over to the new platform, I categorized each blog post & create specific pages for the categories so readers could find all eco-conscious fashion posts in one place.

I continue to help with major updates for The Purposeful You website as is needed by Tasha & her team to ensure the best experience for her community whenever they visit thepurposefulyou.com.
